OIR Correspondence

OIR uses an electronic records database to send certain email communications on behalf of the office. Such communications require the recipient to click a link to access the details of the communication.

EXAMPLE EMAIL:

After clicking on the link, a recipient should confirm that their name appears on the screen. Next, the recipient must enter the access code (nine numbers) included in parentheses at the end of the subject line of the email. In the photo above, the access code is 000002023.

If you have any concern about the authenticity of an email purporting to be from OIR, please call the office at (865) 974-0717 before clicking on the link to confirm that OIR sent the communication.
