Note: Any elective revisions to OIR’s procedures during OIR’s annual review and/or revision process, or during any other time during the academic year, will not impact the processes in place for Parties actively engaged with OIR prior to the effective date of the revised procedures document. Changes to applicable law, university policy, and/or binding legal precedent may require OIR to complete nonelective revisions of its procedures outside of OIR’s standard annual review and revision process. OIR will provide written notice to Parties if a legally required (i.e., nonelective) change to OIR’s procedures might impact a Party’s rights and/or engagement with OIR.
